jailbird peplum made by olivia j.

The Jailbird Peplum is my most recent design.  Black and white being the new trend for spring and summer, I thought I'd add a new piece to my wardrobe with a striped peplum top.  This top can be paired with any color pants, jeans or skirt!

Dress: bar III, Hat: hat store in KC, Boots: Charlotte Russe

Here are a few more photos from the shoot last week with TR Proz.  This was such a fun outfit to take pictures in.  I've never had a hat as an assesssory, so my photographer and I got to play around with new poses, etc.

This is one of my favorite dresses.  I still can't believe this was the first time I wore the dress.  When I first bought it over Christmas time with my mom, we were both so excited about it.  The best part about this dress are the chic little foxes.  The best part about shopping with mom she always encourages me to try new things when it comes to fashion.  The open toe ankle boots are great for the spring and summer.  The boots are from Charlotte Russe and have held up great for years.

Hoping for many more beautiful days like this in the summer!

dana dress made by olivia j.

Dress: olivia j., Handbag: Coach, Glasses: Chanel, Shoes: Schultz

A few weeks ago, I worked with an amazing photographer.  Her name is Tiffany.  Her and her fiance are located in Oakland and they make a great team.  They are called TR Proz Photography.  She did such an amazing job.  Thanks again Tiffany, you did a great job!

The dress is one of my creations.  It's called the "Dana". Inspired by one of my dearest friends.  She showed me a BCBG dress that had a similar design, so we lusted over the dress for five minutes and later that week I decided to purchase this material and make this maxi dress.  It's the most popular piece of my clothing line.  It's a great dress.  Very versatile and lightweight.  It's not shown here, but the dress can also be worn wrapped in the back, instead of at the neck.

Oh yes, the random guy...exactly what he was.

Enjoy the pics.  More pics to come this week.
