Casual Weekend | White + Bomber Jacket

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! Yesterday, we rode bikes around the city. Riding along the Westside highway, then making a pit stop at Boat Basin to have a bite to eat and a few cocktails. We then headed to Central Park for Batman to stretch his little legs. If you follow me on Snapchat (CorporatCatwalk) you probably saw we bought a bike trailer for Batman. During the spring and summer, we spend most of our time outside, so it's nice to bring along our little puppy!

What to Wear to Work | Layering + Camel Skirt

Since spring has finally arrived in NYC, I'm slowly starting to transition my wardrobe from black trousers to pencil skirts. Today's outfit shows one of my favorite pencil skirts from J.Crew. It can be worn with bright colors, like the one I'm wearing above, or it can also be worn with a basic white shirt to the office. Either way you wear this skirt, you'll always look professional at the office. I find it most flattering for my body type to pair pencil skirts with a basic nude pump. The nude pump elongates my legs. For those ladies who work in the office, if you haven't invested in a basic nude heel, trying adding it to your closet this season. You'll find more that nude heels provides more versatility to your wardrobe.

Spring Look | Vibrant Yellow + Pattern Skirt

Spring has finally arrived in New York City! Goodbye wool coats and hello bright colorful outfits.  This season I'm loving everything yellow and pale pink. Like this vibrant rain coat and this floral dress. My recent purchase of white denim has given me so many outfit ideas for the spring and summer time. I'm especially loving the idea of wearing white jeans with my favorite blazer from J.Crew and a fedora hat. I'm also loving  the idea of wearing a simple tee with a pattern scarf with my white jeans. So many looks I can't wear this season! 

Hope everyone has a great weekend with their family and friends. We bought Batman a trailer for our bikes, so we'll be riding bikes around the city over the weekend. Happy Easter!
