Sharing a few pieces from the White House | Black Market fall collection. I typically get in a routine of shopping at J.Crew, Zara and Nordstrom, so it's nice to add another retailer to the list of places to shop. If you haven't stopped by one of their stores lately, I'd recommend checking out their pieces, especially for your work wardrobe. This camel color coat, tie front blouse and sleeveless trench dress are a few of my favorite from the current collection.

Top -  White House | Black Market c/o
Pants -  White House | Black Market c/o
Bow - ASOS (similar here)
Bag - Fendi
Heels - Zara old (similar here & here)
Watch - Kate Spade
Bracelet - LOFT
Sunglasses - Anthropologie

Transitioning to Your Favorite Look for Fall with EcoTools

BEAUTY_11

The end of summer is here and we're getting ready for Fall, in today's post sharing one of my favorite looks to transition into Fall. I'm using the EcoTools Buffing Brush, Large Powder Brush, and the Eye Enhancing Due Brushes
During the Fall, I typically wear my blush a little high on my cheekbones, my eye shadow is a little darker and my hair gets pulled back a little more often at the office.
Here's a little about the brushes I'll be using in today's post:
EcoTools Custom Coverage Buffing Brush- also great for foundation and the ultimate brush for smoothing out makeup lines for flawless results. Great to keep in your bag for buffing touch ups throughout the day.
EcoTools Large Powder Brush - can be used for foundation, blush or powder. Pssst! A new trick of using it to apply dry shampoo to your roots for second day hair.
EcoTools Eye Enhancing Duo Brushes - four eye brushes in two. Each side is equipped with an essential brush to achieve a perfect eye look. Takes up less space in your Makeup bag.

I'm start by putting liquid foundation on a small mirror. Then I use my EcoTools Custom Coverage Buffing Brush to apply all over my face. These types of brushes are great to evenly apply your foundation to your face. When applying foundation to my cover my freckles, I apply a little more to these areas for fuller coverage.

Lately I've been using the Makeup Forever HD Powder. It evenly sets my foundation on my face for longer wear.

Using the EcoTools Tapered Blush Brush I apply blush to my upper cheekbones.

Using the EcoTools Eye Enhancing Duo Brushes I apply a lighter color to the inner eye and then apply a darker color to the corner of my eyelids. In the fall my eye shadow pallet changes to more bronze/brown tones. I'm a huge fan of the Naked Palette this is a great way to get a variety of colors for the season.

What to Wear to Work | MM.LaFleur

On Monday, I shared the MM.LaFleur Bento Box. Today I'm sharing two of my favorite pieces I received in my Bento Box; the Winfrey top an the Soho skirt. I fell in love with these pieces after reading this article of Narie Forster, who is the COO of MM.LaFleur.

The pieces can be worn together and resemble a dress, but can also be worn as separates and still be appropriate for the office. I imagine wearing this top with wide leg trousers and the skirt with a printed buttondown shirt. The soft jersey knit fabric is comfortable for any day at the office.

For anyone who missed it, use the code CORPORATECATWALK for a free copy of Wear to Work with their first Bento Box. If you've ever torn your closet apart in a state of early-morning outfit angst, this book is for you. We know how hard it can be to shop for work and to balance personal style with the sartorial codes of the office. Our advice? Get a uniform! In this manifesto, we'll show you how to build a career-making wardrobe in four delightful steps.

Thank you MM.LaFleur for sponsoring this post!
