DIY Sexy Fringe Heels

Black heels are amazing, especially if they are strappy heels.  Nothing sexier in shoe world.  I've seen a few magazines with fringe black heels.  Although another pair of black heels would be a great investment, I thought it would be great to make my own! So here you.  Try it yourself!

You'll need a hot glue gun, a clear plastic band (I got my from string from my necklace wire) and fringe! 

This is the plastic band.

Fringe Cuffs!

Sexy black heels

Add one cuff

Add another cuff and there you go! 

This works best with heels that have straps or you can really see the gap in the back.
